The unrev is a process that involves moving away from mass (mainstream) society and the Global Soap Opera - with all its ups and downs, fears and insecurities - and moving towards an integrated but separate lifestyle that affords individuals and groups the time and energy to work and play with the things, concepts, ideas and people they feel make them the most healthy and self-fulfilled.

Personally, I have been "unrevving" for years now and understand this process to be lifelong. I observe my progress daily as I move one step towards the unrev and one step away from credit cards, internal combustion engines, corporate homogenization, spiritual dis-empowerment through Big Religion, fixed news, pop society's mind candy and "the next big thing".
